Matching Tax Deferred Retirement Plan  -
Employer match on Employee Contributions up to 3% of Annual Salary
Profit Sharing Plan - Employer Contribution of up to 8% of employee's Annual Salary starting after 12 months of employment and 1000 hours.  Employee Contributions To this Plan Are Not Required.

Life Insurance - Provided at no cost to employee. Coverage at three times employee's annual base salary.
Long Term Disability Insurance -
Provided at no cost to employee.

Leave Benefits
Annual Leave - Upon initial full-time employment, 4 hours per pay period accrued which, under current pay cycle, would be 8 hours per month.  After two years of service, accrual would increase to 5 hours per pay period and increase in 1 hour increments every two years there after to a maximum of 9 hours per pay period.
Medical Leave - Upon initial full time employment,4 hours per pay period accrued which, under current pay cycle, would be 8 hours per month.  There is no increase in hours accrued based on length of service.
Holidays -   Full-time employees will receive 10 or more  paid holidays per year.
